I had the pleasure of meeting Chef Kevin more than 3 years ago. Some friends and I rented out a boutique hotel where Kevin was the executive chef. We were given an option, cook our own meals or pay extra to hire Chef Kevin and his team. Paying the extra was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made.
From the first meal, we all knew that Kevin and his cooking were special. After our weekend at the hotel, my friends and I began hiring Kevin and his team for private dinners and events. This eventually led to Kevin working part time as my personal chef. I can honestly say, Kevin’s cooking is continuously the best part of my week.
Over the years working with Kevin, I’ve become even more enamored with his cooking and service. Kevin offers the rare combination of preparing food that is both innovative and absolutely delicious.
From his specialty morilla in a coffee sauce to his chicharron lettuce wraps and salmon in a spicy honey sauce, I cannot say enough about the quality and creativity in his cooking. And as good has his savory dishes are, his desserts may even be better (coffee and chocolate pie with sea salt, pistachio and chocolate layer cake, tres leches in maracuya sauce to name a few).
His ability to constantly create new and exciting dishes is nothing short of incredible. On top of that, Kevin’s service and presentation are exceptional.
I’ve had the pleasure of hiring Kevin to cook for at least 100 people now and every one of them has been amazed. Chef Kevin is without a doubt the best chef in Medellin and I could not recommend him more. Hire him and his team while you can. It won’t be long before he’s running his own michellin star restaurant.

Elite Chef es un exclusivo servicio de cenas privadas que ofrece una experiencia culinaria única y personalizada. Tuve el privilegio de disfrutar de una cena preparada por su talentoso equipo de chefs y fue realmente excepcional.
Cada plato que se sirvió en la cena fue una verdadera obra maestra. Desde los aperitivos hasta el postre, cada bocado fue una explosión de sabores y texturas que deleitaron todos mis sentidos. Los ingredientes utilizados eran frescos y de la más alta calidad, lo que se reflejaba en el sabor y la presentación impecable de cada plato.
Uno de los platos destacados de la cena fue el filete de ternera con salsa de vino tinto y puré de patatas trufado. La carne estaba perfectamente cocida, tierna y jugosa, y la salsa de vino tinto realzaba su sabor de manera deliciosa. El puré de patatas trufado añadía un toque de sofisticación al plato y complementaba a la perfección el sabor de la carne.
Otro plato que me cautivó fue el salmón glaseado con salsa de miso y verduras al vapor. El salmón estaba en su punto justo de cocción y la salsa de miso le daba un sabor único y sabroso. Las verduras al vapor aportaban frescura y equilibrio al plato, creando una combinación perfecta de sabores.
Además de la deliciosa comida, el servicio de Elite Chef fue impecable. El chef y su equipo mostraron una gran atención al detalle y se aseguraron de que cada plato se sirviera en el momento adecuado y con una presentación impecable. También fueron muy amables y se adaptaron a todas nuestras necesidades y preferencias.
