Hace 10 años nació en la ciudad de la eterna primavera, Medellín, ELITE CHEF. Allí nos encontramos a Kevin Morales, un joven apasionado por la cultura, los olores, los diferentes colores y sabores de Colombia, esto combinado con una creatividad muy curiosa y el brío de un paisa emprendedor y pujante, con ahínco logró poner los cimientos de lo que hoy es un sueño hecho realidad, que sigue maravillando los paradores del mundo.

Kevin Morales
Un apasionado chef nacido en Sonsón, Antioquia (Colombia). Ha dedicado los últimos 10 años de su vida a maravillar los paladares de todo el mundo con su enfoque único en la cocina colombiana creativa y de vanguardia. Desde una temprana edad descubrió su amor por la gastronomía, influenciado por los sabores y aromas que llenaban su hogar en Colombia.
Con una mente inquieta y una determinación inquebrantable, se embarcó en un viaje culinario que lo llevó a explorar las tradiciones y técnicas de la cocina colombiana, llegando a fusionarlas con ingredientes innovadores y experimentando con nuevas presentaciones. Su objetivo siempre ha sido llevar la cocina de su tierra natal a nuevas alturas, sorprendiendo a sus comensales con platos que son una explosión de sabores y una obra de arte en cada bocado.
A lo largo de su carrera, ha trabajado en reconocidos restaurantes en Lima, Cuzco, Madrid, Valencia, Barcelona Cartagena y Medellín, donde ha tenido la oportunidad de perfeccionar su habilidad para combinar ingredientes tradicionales con técnicas modernas. Su creatividad e inteligencia se reflejan en cada uno de sus platos, que son una fusión perfecta de lo clásico y lo contemporáneo.
